As a Realtor myself, I cannot recommend Jerome’s services highly enough. He is experienced and was a pleasure to work with from the start to finish on a difficult transaction. As a long-distance military seller, Jerome went above and beyond in helping us decide what we needed to do to get the house in marketable condition to sell. He provided us with his trusted contacts of professionals who painted, cleaned the house, mowed the lawn and even built a fence to the buyer’s specifications. Jerome was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests. The right offer happened to come in the week my husband was out of the country on military orders, and it took a little more time than usual to negotiate. Jerome was very patient despite the difficulties this presented.
When we ran into additional problems throughout he had solutions ready. He truly handled our sale with care and concern to every detail, and we recommend him to everyone in the area.
