From the very first phone call Malcolm provided the attention my mom needed, immediately assessing the house and creating a project plan to get the house in top notch condition. Because my mom had moved to Virginia and there are no family members in Meridian, Malcolm took control of every required effort. Malcolm has lived in Meridian area his entire life and knows resources to get each job done, including roofers, electricians and a handy man. With Malcolm's command of the housing market and the tricky rules associated with selling a home, he expertly guided us through the process until closing. His communication throughout the process, including his incredibly kind way he spoke with my mom, was paramount to us since we are 1,000 miles away, even as his wife was about to have their baby!
Without a doubt I HIGLY recommend Malcolm, I just wished he served the northern Virginia market as he'd be my guy up here!
